拉筋能預防運動傷害紓解筋肉之勞損, 促進血液循環,恢復肌肉彈性,利用木磚提升身體柔軟度,將累積在肌肉內部的廢物利用水分的輔助加速排出體外,可幫助伸展盆骨,調整與地面的距離,避免因為柔軟度不好或肌力不夠而造成身體其他部位的緊張, 預防痛症。
