ZUMBA FITNESS is a fitness dance suitable for anyone of any age. Its unique selection of Latin and Salsa music, unlike other dance series, even without any dance foundation, it is easy to passive rhythm to drive input, enhance aerobic endurance, so as to achieve self-cultivation effect.
